Further Power point revison and homework

Local Muscular Endurance would be developed through Circuit Training. This is when there is around 6-10 station, all working on different muscle groups. You work at each station for about 30 secs to a minute. You should put maximum amount of effort into each stage for it to be effective. The exercises could include Press-Ups, Squats, Dips, Shuttle Runs etc.
Cardio Respiratory Endurance would be developed through Continous Training. This is when you maintain the same speed and intensity for at least 20 mins. Running continously for 20 mins would be an example of continuous training.
Strength would be developed through Weight Training. This should improve muscle strength. Doing high reps 2 or 3 times should help improve muscle strength.
Flexibility and Speed are also developed through Circuit Training.
Power would be developed by improving the strength of the muscles in your legs so this could be done by circuit training on weight training.
