UUUGGGGGHHHHHHH I DONE IT AGAIN!!! - Forgot to write that word in ... UGGGGHHH!!!! That is soo annoying!!! Anyways Need To Start Again ..

David Beckham would require training cycles. In order for him to start his training programme, he would have to find out when his upcoming events are so that he can plan days to train and how hard he will need to work. During his off season David would require to train with a low intensity every so often and can also use this time for a resting period. However, when he has a League or a game coming up he would need to train with a high intesity in order for him to prepare his body and muscles for his events. Although not too hard incase he injures himself - he should set certain rest days so that injuries can be prevented. He should cover certain area's such as speed, stamina and strength so that his body will be in the best shape for his games.

Andrew Henderson, outside centre for Glasgow Warriors, would use a training program when training as he would have to make sure that he had sufficient rest before his games. He would have to cover areas such as strength, speed and fitness training. he would also have to work his program round the periods of time when he is playing for Scotland's national rugby team such as the 6 nations and the rugby world cup. He recieves long periods of rest however during the off season time, when he can relax and prepare for next season.

Sports person- Andy Roddick
Macrocycle- this is long term training objectives. it is a detailed plan of any events or competitions that he may be taking part in. By planning ahead it will allow him to make sure that he doesn't train too much close to events as he may injure himself and this would mean he may not be able to take part.
Microcycle- This is when he would plan a training cycle for a week with individual day to day sessions. This would be important near an event as it would allow him to concentrate on particular areas of fitness and specific techniques he will need.
Mesocycle- This is when he would plan a training session for a number of weeks and would use this when he didn't have any events soon. This would work on his general fitness.
Rest periods are important when planning a training programme. This is because if you train too much you will tire your body and this could result in not completing the programme correctly.

Michael Owen as well as all proffestions in sport require training cycles. He will need to arrange the times he trains and also the intensity in wich he trains at due to his upcoming events. If he has no games coming up (off season) it will mean the intensity and times training will not be as strict and although he has to keep to a specific fitness level it is a sort of resting period for him to recouperate. If a league is coming up the training will be strict as fitness will need to be of a high level. But although they must train hard there must be specific time to rest otherwise there muscles may over tire in which they will become l ess effective.:D

omg mr imrie yuno wot a did for the plyometrics one... i did a big masive thing and then forgot to put tht stupid spam thing in so it deleted it awl so had to do it again :(
